PROOF OF WORK
WITHOUT RELYING
ON MEMORY.

A contractor can work inside a client’s systems and still benefit from a simple, local record of what was performed and what remains outstanding.

Keep an independent record

Client tools can change, accounts can be closed and conversations can become scattered. Your own record helps preserve continuity around dates, work performed and payments.

Record facts, not conclusions

Prefer “4 hours on site, installation review, photo attached” to statements such as “client breached the agreement”. Earnt is an organization tool, not a system that determines legal responsibility.

Use deadlines for what actually needs follow-up

Delivery dates, expected responses, payments or meetings can be recorded as deadlines. Local reminders help you avoid relying only on a mental calendar.

Share a concise summary when needed

When you need to send context to someone else, an organized export is easier to read than dozens of screenshots and unordered messages.

Questions people ask

Does proof of work mean certified evidence?

No. Here it means an organized record of the work. Earnt does not certify facts or guarantee that an export will be legally accepted.

Do reminders depend on a server?

No. Deadline reminders are local notifications on the device.

Can I use Earnt without internet?

The core functionality is designed offline-first. In the iOS version, StoreKit and some system operations may require a connection when applicable.
